Michii — autonomous AI agents that run a business overnight
Michii is a product where autonomous AI agents operate an online business end-to-end. Built by Trần Bá Vinh Sơn (Son), former CTO of Money Forward i.
How it works
- Autonomous AI agents handle marketing, sales, engineering (maintenance) and accounting.
- The owner spends about 10 minutes a day; the AI works overnight.
- Each morning it delivers a report: revenue, work done, items to review.
- Target: founders with an idea but no technical team.
Design idea — thin HITL
- HITL = Human-In-The-Loop: humans confirm only the essentials.
- Confirming in a few morning minutes beats claiming full automation.
OSS foundation — open-manus
- open-manus: an open, general AI agent inspired by Manus.
- The core tech is validated and published as OSS beneath the product.
Why it matters
- Big-company CTO to solo autonomous-AI product.
- Two-layer play: open the foundation, sell the product.

- 集客・営業・エンジニアリング（保守修正）・経理を自律AIエージェントが担う。
- オーナーの入力は1日約10分。AIは夜間に働く。

- 対象：アイデアはあるが技術チームがいない起業家。
設計思想（薄いHITL）
- HITL（＝要所だけ人間が確認・承認する仕組み）を薄く保つ。
- 完全自動を謳うより、朝の数分だけ確認する形が現実的。
土台のOSS — open-manus
- open-manus：Manus（自律AIエージェントの先行事例）に着想を得た汎用実装。
- 中核技術をOSSでも検証・公開している。
